Spring is in full swing, and the real estate scene is heating up! In Stafford County, the median home price as of early 2025 hovers around $525,000, reflecting a steady 5% increase compared to last year. Homes are spending slightly longer on the market, averaging about 40 days, which signals a shift toward a more balanced market. This gives buyers a bit more breathing room to explore options, while sellers still benefit from strong demand, especially for well-priced properties.
