Stafford has awesome history!

I am no history buff, so don't look to me for all the specific information, BUT, if you are I think you will truly enjoy exploring all the history Stafford County (formally established in 1664!) has to offer. Whether you choose to live or visit, there is a ton to explore. Stafford served as an important staging ground with transportation and logistical support. Historical figures like George Washington, Pocahontas and Captain John Smith have left their mark here.  We are home to the Patawomeck and Manahoac Indian Tribes.  Also home to the longest dinosaur in Virginia - the  Sauroposeidon.  Who knew? Come explore and enjoy the parks and buildings where you will find out all the history you want!

Welcome

Welcome to Stafford Spaces and Stories!  As a resident for 19 years, I sadly have not taken advantage of all Stafford has to offer and learned all about its amazing history.  If you are like me, you spend time working, raising kids, being involved in their activities and school, and then take care of your home.  Now that I am almost an empty nester, I am venturing out to learn and experience more that Stafford has to offer.  I look forward to sharing stories about the spaces here in Stafford.  Both from the lens of a resident and from the lens of a licensed REALTOR®. I hope you enjoy the journey along with me.
